Today was our day off and a few of us wanted to get out of the house. So we took the trolley to Balboa Park. We busted out the jump ropes and
bam! Double dutch mania. A few people joined us and it was a great time. As always, double dutch brings people together. Old South High would be proud. We walked down to the harbor, saw a bunch of modern art along the way, and saw a sweet pirate ship. It cost $14 to get on... seriously? Who wants to pay $14 to get on a pirate ship?
Rip off if you ask me. All in all it was a great outing with some new friends.
And I've always wanted to have a soundtrack to my life, and Joleah had her Blackberry that had some tunes on it, so we had music while we were walking. I also bought some egg shakers at a music store today. They're treating me
right. (Note: these pictures are from Kelly and Shannon)
